Notice of Invitation to Open Bids

The Public Canteen, located in an area of 52 square meters in the Air Cargo Complex of the Civil Aviation Office of Tribhuvan International Airport, has to be awarded through a bidding process with a minimum contract amount of Rs. 75,50,983/-(Seventy-five lakh fifty thousand nine hundred and eighty-three rupees) for a period of 5 (five) years. Therefore, interested organizations/firms/companies that have obtained a license from the concerned body to conduct cafe/hotel/restaurant/cafeteria/catering service related business should deposit Rs. 3,390/-(Three thousand three hundred and ninety rupees) in the Current Account No. 169010000011006 in the name of the Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal, Rastriya Banijya Bank Limited, Gauchar, Kathmandu Branch, within the 21st day (2082/05/22) from the date of publication of this notice, and submit the original voucher and other necessary documents to the office. This notice has been published for the information of all concerned who are requested to purchase the bid on time and submit the bid along with the required documents to the Corporate Division of this office by 12:00 PM on the 22nd day (2082/05/23).
