Notice of re-bid invitation for the services of Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal Babarmahal, Kathmandu Information Technology Human Resources

Since the services of information technology human resources are required for the Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal Head Office and its subordinate offices, and the related work has to be undertaken under a service contract as per the Public Procurement Act, 2063 and Public Procurement Regulations, 2064, bids are invited from interested firms/companies that have obtained a labor supplier license for professional support services, are listed under the Social Security Fund, have obtained an updated license from the relevant body, and are registered for Value Added Tax, subject to the following written conditions.

1. The bidder will have to supply 10 information technology personnel.

2. The bid form can be downloaded from the website of the Public Procurement Monitoring Office www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. The bid form fee of Rs. 3,390.- (three thousand three hundred ninety) (including VAT) should be deposited in cash in the account number of this authority, NMB Bank, Babarmahal, No. 0010012611500043 (non-refundable).

3. Bid Bond (Bid Bond) of Rs. 4,20,000.- (Four lakhs and twenty thousand only) shall be submitted along with the bid form in the original bank voucher of the cash deposit amount deposited in the N.I.C. Asia Bank, Branch Office, Thapathali, of this Authority, in the deposit account no. 5444050568352401 or a bank bond of the same amount issued by a commercial bank of 'A' class recognized by the Government of Nepal with a validity period of at least 4 months i.e. 120 (one hundred and twenty days) from the date of bid opening. Cash bond cannot be converted into a bank guarantee later. The accepted bidder shall sign the agreement by depositing a performance bond in cash or for a period of 6 months more than the contract period as per the rules.

4. A pre-bid meeting will be held at the Administration Department of this Authority on 2082/04/04 at 1:00 PM to discuss the bid.

6. The bidder shall state in the Bill of Quantities form how much service fee will be charged for the service. Such service fee amount shall not exceed 5 (five) percent of the total remuneration of the manpower working under the service contract. Bids with a percentage exceeding that shall not be accepted.

7. The qualifications and other conditions related to the services to be provided by the bidder shall be as mentioned in the bid form approved by the office.

8. The bidder must clearly state the service fee percentage he has agreed to in figures and words. In case of any difference between figures and words, the words will be accepted.
