Re-Call of Sealed Tender Proposal for Supply, Installation, Implementation and Support of Hardware & Software Solution (Package 4)

1. Due to insufficient number of proposals received during the first publication of the call of sealed tender (first published date: 20th May 2025), this notice has been re-published by Nepal Clearing House Limited (NCHL) as a call for sealed tender proposal from registered eligible Nepali companies for Package 4 only - Supply of SSD Disk for SAN Storage.

2. The interested party can collect the details of the tender document from Finance/Admin Department of NCHL during office time on payment of NRs. 5,000 to be transferred or deposited at the following bank account

3. The proposal should be submitted along with the bid security and the supporting documents, as defined in the procurement document, to Finance/ Admin Department before 17:00 PM of 7th day from the date of republication of this notice. If the last date of submission falls on a public holiday the next working day shall be considered as the last day. The proposal received after the deadline shall not be accepted.

4. The proposal shall be evaluated based on internal criteria set by NCHL. And NCHL reserves the right to accept or reject any or all application without assigning any reason, whatsoever.
