Invitation for Bids for the

1. Nepal Telecom intends to Construction of Chainlink Mesh Fencing, Equipment Room and Guard House at different Location of Karnali Province under the Contract for NDCL/PD-SKT/NCB - 02/081-82. Bidding is open to all eligible Bidders from Nepal.

2. Nepal Telecom invites sealed bids or electronic bids from eligible bidders for the Construction of Chainlink Mesh Fencing, Equipment Room and Guard House at different Location of Karnali Province under National Competitive Bidding procedures- Single stage, Single Envelope.

3. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the office of:

Nepal Telecom, Provincial Directorate Birendranagar, Surkhet.

Or may visit PPMO e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.

4. Bidders may download the bidding documents for e-submission from PPMO's e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp before 30th day from the date of tender publication during office hours. Bidders, submitting their bid electronically, should deposit the cost of bidding document in the account as specified below :

bank receipt for fee deposited.

Pre-bid meeting shall be held at Nepal Telecom, Provincial Directorate Birendranagar, Surkhet at 2082/04/14 (30/07/2025) at 11:00am.

5. Electronic bids must be submitted to the office through PPMO's e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp on or before [12:00] on [2082/04/30]. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.

6. Bids shall be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend on 2082-04-30 date at 1:00 PM at the office of Nepal Telecom, Provincial Directorate, Surkhet. Bids must be valid up to 90 days counting from the day of bid opening and must be accompanied by scanned copy of bid security from Commercial bank eligible to issue Bank Guarantee as per prevailing law with a minimum of Rs. 3,20,000 which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid.

7. If the last date of purchasing, submission and opening falls on a government holiday then the next working day shall be considered the last day. In such a case the bid validity and bid security validity shall be recognized with effect from the original bid submission deadline.
