2. Bidding documents will be available on PPMO's website www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Firms/institutions/companies interested in submitting bids shall deposit the amount specified in the bidding documents in cash, non-refundable, in the account Nepal Telecom Cash Card/MPOS/ERC-Birgunj A/C No.0030246104100001 held in the name of this Provincial Directorate at Kumari Bank Limited, Birgunj, during office hours.

3. Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on 6th July 2082 at 12:30 PM at the Provincial Directorate, Birgunj.

4. If the last day for bid registration/opening falls on a public holiday, bid registration and opening will be conducted on the next business day at the same time as the opening of the office.
