3. A complete set of Bid Document may be downloaded foe e-submission from PPMO's e-GP system at www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. The Bidders shall submit their bid electronically and deposit above mentioned non-refundable fee in the bank account specified in bidding document.

4. In case, the last date of submission and opening of the bid date happens to be an official holiday, the next working day will be deemed as the due date and time will be remain same as stipulated.
