2. Bidding documents will be available on PPMO's website www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Firms/institutions/companies interested in submitting bids shall deposit the amount specified in the bidding documents in cash, non-refundable, in the name of this Provincial Directorate at Nabil Bank Limited, Birgunj, account number Madhesh Province Directorate, Birgunj 00206017500838, during office hours.

3. Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on Bhadra 3, 2082 at 1:00 PM at the Provincial Directorate, Birgunj.

4. If the last day for bid registration/opening falls on a public holiday, bid registration and opening will be conducted on the next business day at the same time as the opening of the office.
