1. The Nepal Electricity Authority, 220 KV Chilime Trishuli Transmission System Project invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of Supply and Delivery of 4WD Double Cab Vehicles for CTTSP under National competitive bidding - Single Stage Single Envelope procedures.
2. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the office of Chilime Trishuli 220 KV TLP, NEA Training Centre, Kharipati Changunarayan, Bhaktapur Bagmati Province or may visit PPMO egp system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.
3. Bidder may download the bidding documents for e-submission from PPMO's e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Bidders, submitting their bid electronically, should deposit the cost of bidding document, a non-refundable fee of NRS 3000.00 (Three Thousand Rupees only) in the following Rajaswa (revenue) account as specified below

4. Electronic bids must be submitted through PPMO's e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp on or before 12:00 pm on 09/10/2025(23rd Ashoj 2082). Bids received after this deadline will be rejected. Bidders must duly fill up the provided Bill of Quantities/Price Schedule for Goods along with all the Bidding Forms and Schedule of Requirements.
5. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 14:00 pm on 09/10/2025 (23rd Ashoj 2082) at the office of Chilime Trishuli 220 KV TLP, NEA Training Centre, Kharipati Changunarayan, Bhaktapur Bagmati Province.e
6. Bids must be valid for a period 90 days from the date of bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security or scanned copy of the bid security in pdf format in case of e-bid, amounting to a minimum of NRs. 345800.00 (In words, Three Lakh Forty-Five Thousand Eight Hundred Rupees Only), which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid.
7. If the last date of purchasing and/or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid and bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.
8. The Purchaser reserves the right to accept or reject any Bid, and to cancel the bidding process and reject all Bids at any time prior to Contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the Bidders.
