Nepal Federation of Indigenous Nationalities (NEFIN) invites sealed tender from reputed and qualified firms registered with Value added Tax (VAT) for supplying iron-made improved cooking stove and induction cooking stove to NEFIN. The specifications of the stoves are mentioned below.

1. The dateline for submission of hard copies of sealed bidding: September 4, 2025.

2. The sealed bidding will be opened for the selection process at 1PM on September 5, 2025.

3. The authorized personnel of the biding company will have to be present during the sealed-biding opening on September 5, 2025.

4. The bidding which does not match specification or does not meet the standard outlined above, or their representative absent on opening date, will not be qualified for the selection process.

5. The bidders have to submit the copy of legal documents including VAT registration certificate, tax clearance, company registration and renewal, and other legal documents of the company, attached with the bid to NEFIN Climate Change Partnership Program office, Lamingtang Marg, Kathmandu. 6. The bidder will need to deposit 2% of the total bidding amount, to the bank account of NEFIN below.

7. The copy of the deposit voucher will need to be submitted together with the sealed bidding. The deposit amount of the non-selected bidders will be reimbursed on the date of opening of the sealed bidding (September 5,2025).

8. The bidders will have to supply the items within 10-15 days from the issuance of purchase order.
