This association has to print and take door delivery supplies of the cooperative accounting materials required for sale and distribution in the financial year 2082/083, and therefore, interested firms, companies, and printing houses are requested to submit the completed bid form provided by this association within 30 (thirty) days from the date of publication of this notice. Since a sufficient number of bids were not received within the specified date, this notice has been published to re-submit the completed bid within 7 days from the date of publication of this notice.

1. The bid form can be obtained from the central office of the association during office hours from the date of publication of this notice by paying the prescribed fee. While submitting the bid, the bidders should submit their business registration certificate, license, permanent account number or VAT registration certificate, copy of tax payment certificate for the year 2080.81, bid fee of Rs. 3000.00 (three thousand only) (non-refundable) along with the submitted receipt or bank voucher, duly filled and sealed bid form.

2. While submitting the bid, the amount for bid security should be deposited in the account no. 17201010000304 of this association at Global I.M.E. Bank Baneshbar branch along with the original voucher or goodfare payment check with the sealed bid form.

3. The duly filled bid form complying with the terms and conditions must be sealed and registered at the central office of this association, New Baneshwor, within the office hours of the 7th day.

4. If the last day for submission of bid forms falls on a public holiday, the bid form can be submitted during office hours on the next open day.

5. Detailed information regarding the opening of the duly registered confidential sealed bids will be provided within the office hours on the 8th day. The bids will be opened at this central office in the presence of the bidder or his representative. However, the absence of the bidder or his representative at that time will not prevent the bids from being opened.

6. Bids that do not meet the conditions or are received after the deadline or before the due date will not be accepted and will not be taken into account. Localn

7. The Association reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, in whole or in part.

8. Any other matters not covered in this notice or the bid form shall be governed by the prevailing laws and regulations.
