Invitation for confidential bidding for the sale of collateral held as non-banking assets of Nepal Investment Mega Bank Limited

Since the houses/lands mentioned in the details, which are non-banking assets of this bank, are to be sold at a high price, all interested persons/firms/companies/associations interested in purchasing the said houses/lands are hereby invited to submit their confidential sealed bids stating the rates at which they are willing to purchase the said houses/lands, subject to the terms and conditions, within 7 (seven) days from the date of publication of this notice, to the Non-Banking Assets Department of this bank, Durbarmarg, Kathmandu or the branch offices of this bank, within the office hours. The bids received within the said period will be opened in the presence of representatives of the local bodies, representatives of the Government of Nepal, the bidders or the authorized representatives of the bidders on the date, time and place mentioned below. 1. The houses/land/towers with an area of 80 sq. m. and 750 sq. m. located in K. No. 94 and 258, Jorpati Ward No. 4, Kathmandu District, registered in the name of this bank at the Land Revenue Office, Chabahil, Kathmandu, and all the land plots covered by those houses/land/towers, including the entire land title deed.

2. The houses/land/towers with an area of 274 sq. m. and 347 sq. m. located in K. No. 122 and 128, Jorpati Ward No. 4, Kathmandu District, registered in the name of this bank at the Land Revenue Office, Chabahil, Kathmandu, and all the land plots covered by those houses/land/towers, including the entire land title deed.

3. Houses/land/towers with an area of 508.74 sq. m. located in K.No. 370, Jorpati Ward No. 4, Kathmandu District, registered in the name of this bank at the Land Revenue Office, Chabahil, Kathmandu, and all the land plots covered by those houses/land/towers.

The houses/land/towers with areas of 95.37 sq. m., 95.37 sq. m. and 224.59 sq. m. located in Ward No. 4, Jorpati, Kathmandu District, registered in the name of this bank at the Land Revenue Office, Chabahil, Kathmandu, and all the plots covered by those houses/land/towers, including the land titles.

No. 4 located at K.No. 259 with an area of 105.31 sq. m. Houses/land/towers and all the adjoining properties of those houses/land/towers.

6. This bank is registered in the name of Land Revenue Office Chabahil, Kathmandu, Jorpati Ward, Kathmandu District.

No. 4 located at K.No. 203 with an area of 108.50 sq. m. Houses/land/towers and all the adjoining properties of those houses/land/towers.

7. This bank is registered in the name of Land Revenue Office Chabahil, Kathmandu, Jorpati Ward, Kathmandu District.

No. 4 located at K.No. 260 with an area of 164.92 sq. m. Houses/land/towers and all the adjoining properties of those houses/land/towers.

8. The house/land/towers with an area of 146 sq. m. located in K.No. 61, Jorpati Ward No. 5, Kathmandu District, registered in the name of this bank at the Land Revenue Office, Chabahil, Kathmandu, and all the leases attached to the said house/land/towers.

9. The house/land/towers with an area of 127.20 sq. m. located in K.No. 7, Jorpati Ward No. 2, Kathmandu District, registered in the name of this bank at the Land Revenue Office, Chabahil, Kathmandu, and all the leases attached to the said house/land/towers.

10. The houses/land/towers with an area of 532.59 sq. m. and 250.36 sq. m. located in Chapagaon Ward No. 8 Kha, Lalitpur District, registered in the name of this bank at the Land Revenue Office, Lalitpur, including all the land plots covered by those houses/land/towers.

11. The houses/land/towers with areas of 1-13-1-0, 3-5-3-0 and 6-11-0-0 located in Chapagaon Ward No. 7 C, Lalitpur District, registered in the name of this bank at the Land Revenue Office, Lalitpur, and including all the plots covered by those houses/land/towers.

The bid form can be purchased from the Non-Banking Assets Department of this bank, Durbarmarg, Kathmandu or any of the branch offices of this bank for a fee of Rs. 1,000/- (One thousand rupees only in words). All other terms and conditions are included in the bid form.
