A copy of valid firm/company VAT/PAN and latest Tax clearance certificate of last Financial Year. e

Experience letter of construction work carried out in at least five branches/offices of "A" Class Commercial Bank of Nepal.

Bid documents with details of work to be carried out can be purchased on payment of NPR 3,000/- (non-refundable) in Account Number 001093701001 (A/C Payable Sundry Creditor Miscellaneous) from General Service Department, Nepal Investment Mega Bank Limited, Durbarmarg, Kathmandu.

Only 3 (three) lowest eligible bidders will be called for negotiation.

Bid documents should be submitted in a sealed envelope addressing General Service Department, Nepal Investment Mega Bank Limited, Durbarmarg, Kathmandu by 1st July, 2025 before 5:30 P.M. In case the last date of submission of bid is declared a public holiday, the sealed-bids can be submitted on the next working day.

Bid documents sent through courier/mail/fax will neither be accepted nor will they be returned to the sender.

The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason whatsoever.
