Notice inviting sealed bids

The following

materials are required for the Blood Transfusion Service Center under the Nepal Red Cross Society Parsa District Branch.

Licensed registered workers, companies, agents, suppliers and authorized sellers are requested to submit their firm registration certificate, renewal certificate, value added tax registration certificate and tax payment certificate up to A.Y. 2080/081, and submit the certified copies to the Nepal Red Cross Society Parsa District Branch, Birgunj within 3 pm of the 30th day from the date of first publication of the notice.

Conditions and Restrictions:

1) The required form for sealed bids can be obtained by submitting a non-refundable deposit of Rs. 5000/00 (Five thousand rupees only) to the office within 30 days from the date of first publication of the notice.

2) The sealed bid form must be submitted with the details clearly filled in, the signature of the firm, and the name of the firm on the outside of the envelope. If the day falls on a holiday, the sealed bid can be submitted on the next office opening day. No action will be taken on the sealed bid that has been received after the deadline and has not been received.

3) The bidder must clearly state the rate he/she intends to offer in both figures and words without any ambiguities.

4) Sealed bids received within the deadline will be opened on the 31st day at 1:00 PM at the Nereso Parsa District Branch in the presence of representatives.

5) All rights to accept/reject the received bid form in whole or in part or to purchase shall be reserved with the Nepal Red Cross Society Parsa District Branch.

6) Payment will be made after deducting advance tax as per the rules.
