This notice is published to invite interested licensed firms to submit duly sealed quotations subject to the conditions and requirements for the provision of laboratory equipment as per the specifications for the Nepal Red Cross Society Chitwan District Branch and the Blood Transfusion Service.

Registered firms or suppliers licensed by the Government of Nepal to supply the materials may submit sealed bids to the N.R.S.O. District Branch, Chitwan by 2082.6.7. The bids will be opened on 2082.6.8.

While submitting the sealed bid, the amount of 2.50 percent of the agreed amount should be deposited in the account number 0508900308419017 in the name of this office at the Agricultural Development Bank Narayangadh branch along with the original bank voucher or cash receipt and deposited at the cash branch.

The sealed bid must be submitted within the specified date and deadline, with the unit rate clearly written in both figures and letters, a copy of the updated and renewed business certificate, a copy of the permanent account number registered with the Internal Revenue Office, and a copy of the tax payment for the fiscal year 081/082.

Bids not submitted in the prescribed format will not be accepted.

This society reserves the right to accept or reject sealed bids.
