Sealed tenders are hereby invited from registered firms/manufactures/authorized agent or distributor for the supply of Blood Bags, Blood Transfuction Set, Rapid Test, Antisera, Coombs and Others Materials.

1. Tender document containing request for quotation, instruction to bidders, detailed specifications of each items and the terms & conditions etc. can be purchased from Nepal Red Cross Society, Kailali District Chapter, Dhangadhi during office hours from 17 July2025 to 15 August, 2025 on written request with relevant documents and against payment of non - refundable tender fees of Rs. 3,000/-.

2. Tenders in sealed cover and accompanied by pre-supply samples of each items and other materials and the bank deposit voucher/bank guarantee of earnest money will be received at the above address during working days within office hours up to 15 August, 2025 at NRCS, Kailali. Bidders are responsible to maintain cold chain of testing kits. The tender received will be opened at 15:00 P.M. on 17 August 2025 at NRCS, Kailali, Dhangadhi.

3. The bidder(s) must deposit 2.5% including VAT 13% of the total bid amount as Earnest Money in the form of Bank Voucher against cash deposited in account No. 0822500392115018 of Nepal Red Cross Society at Agriculture Development Bank Limited Dhangadhi Branch, or Bank guarantee issued by A class bank with validity of 3 months (90) days. The successful bidder(s) will have to deposit 10% (ten percent) of the order value including VAT as Performance Security at the time of signing the agreement.

6. Any offer, discount, increase or decrease in price after opening the sealed tender will not be accepted.

7. The Nepal Red Cross Society reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity or drop any item and also to accept or reject part or whole tender or any or all the tenders without assigning any reason whatsoever and not bound to accept the lowest bid.

Important: All bidders must submit the technical and the financial proposal in separate envelope, compulsorily mentioning the name of the proposal in front of the envelope.
