Notice inviting sealed bids for the

Purchase of Tools, Fittings, Cement & Other Construction Materials for the Barkhola Drinking Water Project

Nepal Red Cross Society Sankhuwasabha District Branch has requested all interested parties to submit sealed bids to Nepal Red Cross Society Sankhuwasabha District Branch within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of publication of the notice, from firms, companies and suppliers registered with Value Added Tax (VAT) licensed by the Government of Nepal, who are willing to supply the said construction materials subject to the following conditions, as the Tools, Fittings, Cement & Other Construction Materials have to be purchased through bidding for the Barkhola Drinking Water Project in Sabhapokhari Rural Municipality Ward No. 1. This notice has been published for the information of all concerned.

Conditions:

1.

Registered firms, companies and suppliers licensed by the Government of Nepal should purchase the documents as per the details from the N.R.S.O. Sankhuwasabha District Branch within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of publication of the notice i.e. 2082/04/26 at 12:00 PM and submit it within 2082/04/26 office hours (5:00 PM).

(a) Certified copy of the updated and renewed professional registration certificate.

(b) Certified copy of the permanent account number registered with the Inland Revenue Office.

(c) Certified copy of tax payment for FY 080/081

(d) Certified copy of the entrepreneur's citizenship.

Bid form can be obtained from the N.R.S.O. Sankhuwasabha District Branch during office hours by paying Rs. 2,000.- (Two thousand in words only) in cash (non-refundable).

3. If the supplier wishes, he can deposit the amount for the bid fee in the Nepal Red Cross Society Housing Program H.No. 2080100031540001 bank account and request for the bid documents along with a scanned copy of it to the email address of NERESO Sankhuwasabha sankhuwasabha.nrcs@gmail.com. The sealed bid must be physically registered at the NERESO Sankhuwasabha District Branch.

4. All rights to accept or reject the bid form shall be reserved by this District Branch.
