Notice inviting sealed bids for the purchase of construction materials for the Barkhola Drinking Water Project

Nepal Red Cross Society Sankhuwasabha District Branch has issued a notice inviting firms, companies and suppliers registered with Value Added Tax (VAT) licensed by the Government of Nepal, who are willing to supply the said construction materials subject to the following conditions, to submit sealed bids to the Nepal Red Cross Society Sankhuwasabha District Branch within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of publication of the notice.

Conditions:

1. Registered firms, companies and suppliers licensed by the Government of Nepal may submit their bids from the Sankhuwasabha District Branch of the Nepal Revenue Service within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of publication of this notice, i.e. 12:00 PM on 2082/06/03, by attaching the documents as per the details.

The following should be submitted by 2082/06/03, office hours (5.00 PM):

(a) Certified copy of the updated and renewed professional registration certificate.

(b) Certified copy of the permanent account number registered with the Inland Revenue Office.

(c) Certified copy of tax payment for FY 080/081

(d) Certified copy of the entrepreneur's citizenship.

2. Bid form can be obtained from the Sankhuwasabha District Branch of N.R.S. during office hours at a cost of Rs. 2,000.- (in words only) in cash (non-refundable).

3. If the supplier wishes, he can deposit the amount for the bid fee in the Nepal Red Cross Society Housing Program H.No. 2080100031540001 bank account and request for the bid documents along with a scanned copy of it to the email address of NERESO Sankhuwasabha sankhuwasabha.nrcs@gmail.com. The sealed bid must be physically registered at the NERESO Sakhuwasabha District Branch.

4. This district branch reserves all rights to accept or reject the bid form.
