Sealed Bid Notice for the Purchase of Blood Transfusion Laboratory Supplies

Nepal Red Cross Society Nawalparasi West District Branch has published a notice inviting interested laboratory equipment suppliers registered with VAT (copy of company registration, renewal and tax payment certificate) to submit sealed quotations to this district branch within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice, subject to the following conditions, during office hours.

1. A sealed bid quotation form with details of laboratory equipment can be purchased from this district branch by submitting an application at the branch by paying Rs. 2,000.00 in words. Two thousand only (non-refundable along with a copy of the certificate of firm registration, renewal and tax payment).

2. The name and address of the firm should be clearly mentioned on the outside of the sealed quotation envelope.

Allah 3. Laboratory equipment will be purchased in installments based on need and through agreements.

4. The right to make the final decision regarding the quotation for the seal shall be reserved in this district branch.

5. The absence of supplier firms at the time of opening sealed quotations will not prevent the opening of sealed quotations.

6. While filling the sealed quotation form, the amount equal to 2.5 percent of the amount agreed upon should be deposited as a security deposit in the account number of Kumari Bank of Nepal Red Cross Society Nawalparasi West District Branch. 0500249743400001 and the entire amount should be submitted along with the bank voucher.

Date of opening of sealed quotations: If Shravan 20, 2082 falls on a holiday, the sealed quotations will be opened the next day.
