1. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents at the office of Architectural Consultant Envision Builders Pvt. Ltd., Lalitpur Municipality, Ward No.03, Pulchok, Jhamsikhel Road, Lalitpur; Tel No. +977-9861922608.Office is staffed (Monday to Friday within office hours - 10 am to 4pm).

2. A complete set of Bidding Documents can be purchased in person from the office of Envision Builders Pvt. Ltd., upon payment of a non-refundable fee of NPR 20,000/- latest by September 10, 2025 at 13:00 Hrs. Eligible Bidders must participate in the Pre-Bid Meeting. Formal requests for information/clarification will be answered in writing up to September 17, 13:00 Hrs.

3. Bids must be submitted in close-sealed envelopes (one for technical and one for financial) with affixing LAHA CHHAP. Bidder must submit an electronic copy of the Bill of Quantities within the financial document via pen drive.

4. Sealed bids must be submitted (Monday to Friday within office hours - 10 am to 4pm) to Envision Builders Pvt. Ltd, Lalitpur Municipality, Ward No. 03, Pulchok, Jhamsikhel Road, Lalitpur before 1:00pm on September 24, 2025. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.
