1. The Master General of Ordnance (MGO) invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO) of MI-17 V5 Helicopter NA-057 (S.N 524M09) under International Competitive Bidding - Single Stage Two Envelope.

2. Under the Single Stage, Two Envelope Procedure, Bidders are required to submit simultaneously two separate sealed envelopes, one containing (i) the Technical Bid and the other (ii) the Price Bid, both in turn enclosed in one sealed envelope as per the provision of ITB 23 of the Bidding Document.

3. Eligible Bidders (OEM or OEM approved MRO company for MI-17 V5 Helicopter) may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the office of MGO, Nepali Army Headquarters, Bhadrakali, Kathmandu, Nepal (Tel. +977-1-5979124, Email: qmo-bidesh@nepalarmy.mil.np) or may visit PPMO egp system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. 4. Bidder who chooses to submit their bid electronically downloads the bidding documents for e-submission from PPMO's e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Bidders, submitting their bid electronically, should deposit the cost of bidding document in the following Rajaswa (revenue) account as specified below.

6. Pre-bid meeting shall be held at at the Office of MGO, Nepali Army HQ, Bhadrakali, Kathmandu at 1100 hours NST of 25 July 2025. volnews

7. Electronic bids must be submitted to the officero of MGO, Nepali Army HQ, Bhadrakali, Kathmandu through PPMO's e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp on or before 1200 hours on 18 August 2025. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.

The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 1300 hours on 18 August 2025 at the office of MGO, Nepali Army HQ, Bhadrakali, Kathmandu. Bids must be valid for a period of 120 days from the date of bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security or
