1. The Government of Nepal has allocated funds to cover eligible payment under the Contract for Spare Parts & Consumables of Vehicles for Mid-East Div EME Bn (IFB No: NA/MID-EAST-EME-BN/082/83/02). Bidding is open to all eligible Nepalese Bidders.

2. The Mid-East División EME Bn invites sealed and or electronic bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of Spare Parts a for Mid-East Div EME Bn for Nepali Army under National Competitive Bidding procedures specified in Public Procurement Act and Regulations.

3. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents at the office of Mid-East División EME Bn, Bardibas Nepal or may visit PPMO e-GP system website www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.

4. Bidding documents is available online and can be downloaded from e-GP system: www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Interested bidders shall register in the e-GP system and deposit the cost of bidding document in the following bank.

5. Pre-bid meeting shall be held at: Madhya Purbi Pritana EME Gan, Sainik Siwir, Bardibas, Nepal at 1400 hrs on 2082/06/12 BS.

6. Electronic bids must be submitted to the office Madhya Purbi Pritana EME Gan, Sainik Siwir, Bardibas, Nepal through PPMO website www.bolpatra.gov.np. on or before 2082-06-26 BS. 1200 hrs. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.

7. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 2082-06-26 BS. 1300 hours at the office of Mid-East Division EME Bn Bardibas, Nepal.

8. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security or scanned copy of the bid security in pdf format in case of e-bid, amounting to a minimum of Rs.1,06,000/- which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid.

9. If the last date of purchasing and/or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.
