Interested bidders can obtain bidding document from NLF office, Thahity during office hours upon deposit of non-refundable bid document fee (NRs. 3,000 separately) for School Bags, Stationery items and hygiene Kits and Warm clothes Package in NMB Bank Account 1430145391800025. Sealed bid proposal is to be submitted within close of business hour on 2082/05/15 for supply of the format of bid document. Details of procurement process, procurement rules and regulation related to this project are explained in bidding document. Bid proposals received after the deadline will not be accepted.

Bid proposals sent through Mail/Courier will neither be accepted for any consideration nor will they be returned to the sender.

NLF reserves the right to accept or reject any/all bid forms or cancel the whole process without any necessary justification.
