1. The Government of Nepal [GoN] has allocated funds towards the cost of Construction of Rigid Pavement at Shivalaya Marga Khoplang Village and intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments under Contract the for NTPO/DUMREBHANSAR/WORKS/NCB/2082/083/01 Bidding is open to all eligible as per Section V of bidding document.

2. NEW TOWN PROJECT OFFICE DUMRE - BHANSAR invites sealed bids or electronic bids from eligible bidders for the Construction of Rigid Pavement at Shivalaya Marga Khoplang Village under National Competitive Bidding - Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding procedures.

Only eligible bidders with the following key qualifications should participate in this bidding:

Minimum Average Annual Construction Turnover of the best 3 years within the last 10 years: NRs 38460000.00

Minimum Work experience of similar size and nature: Construction/Upgrading of Road at least 1(one) Project in a Single Contract within the last 10 years with a value of at least NRs. 10300000that have been successfully or are substantially completed and that are similar to the proposed work.

3. All bidders must submit their bid electronically. Under the Single Stage, Two Envelope Procedure, Bidders are required to submit two separate bid response documents, one containing (i) the Technical Bid and the other (ii) the Price Bid, as per the provision of ITB 21 of the Bidding Document.

4. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents at the office of NEW TOWN PROJECT OFFICE DUMRE BHANSAR, Dumre-Bhansar, Tanahun, Gandaki Province, Nepal or may visit PPMO e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.

5. Eligible bidders may download the bidding documents for e-submission from PPMO's e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Bidders should deposit the cost NRs 5000.00 of bidding document in the office's Rajaswa (Revenue) account as specified below and the scanned copy (pdf format) of the bank deposit voucher must be uploaded by the bidder at the time of electronic submission of the bids.
