1.Nepal Water for Health (NEWAH) invites Sealed Bid from the interested and competent bidders (Manufacturers or Suppliers) for the supply and delivery of various construction materials for Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH) projects as per following categories:

Category-I

Supply and delivery of Polythene (PE) Pipes and Fittings.

Category-II

Supply and delivery of Gl Pipes, Fittings, Tools, and other hardware.

Category -III

Supply and delivery of Brass Fittings & Valves.

Category -IV

Supply and delivery of Fabricating Items.

2. The bidder shall submit the Sealed bids for aforesaid categories for Package - I (Okhaldunga, Udayapur and Sarlahi) and or Package - II (Gulmi and Pyuthan).

3.The interested eligible bidders having minimum two year's work experience in related category can receive bid documents for each package of every category from NEWAH Headquarters at office hour (Monday to Friday) till 22nd September 2025.

Such bid documents can be obtained by submitting official request letter and such authorized person shall bring official seal of the bidder to collect bid documents. Further information and clarity on the bid document can be obtained from office, phone or email mentioned above.

4.The technical and financial proposals for tender documents are to be submitted in two separate sealed envelopes simultaneously. One containing the technical proposal and the other the financial proposal, and both envelopes enclosed together in an outer single sealed envelope.

5.The sealed bid must be submitted to Nepal Water for Health (NEWAH), Headquarters, Lohasal, Kathmandu not later than 23rd September 2025, 1 PM (Office hour).

6. The technical proposals will be opened and evaluated as per the Eligibility and Evaluation and Qualification Criteria (EQC) as per the bid document and submitted samples of specific category, where requested (as mentioned in ITB 34 of below mentioned table). After the technical proposal and sample evaluation, the financial proposals of the substantial responsive (technically qualified) bidders will be opened in the presence of bidder's representatives who choose to attend. The date of financial proposal opening will be notified later.

7.The purchaser reserves the right to accept or reject any bid partially or fully without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
