1. Newtown Project Office, Chaurjahari, Rukum (Western Part) invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the Construction of infrastructure like as (a.) Chaurjahari Municipality ward-3, Bhanaure Landfill site & jaharikhola road upgrading works Third Phase (b.) Agriculture Product Collection Centre Building finishing, Truss & land Development works at chaurjahari municipality ward-2,3 under National Competitive Bidding - Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding procedures.

Only eligible bidders with the following key qualifications should participate in this bidding:

Minimum Average Annual Construction Turnover of the best 3 years within the last 10 years: 5,13,38,000.00

Minimum Work experience of similar size and nature: 1,02,68,000.00

Under the Single Stage, Two Envelope Procedure, Bidders are required to submit simultaneously two separate sealed envelopes, one containing (i) the Technical Bid and the other (ii) the Price Bid, both in turn enclosed in one sealed envelope as per the provision of ITB 21 of the Bidding Document.

3. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents at the office of Newtown Project Office, Chaurjahari, Rukum (western Part), Karnali Province, Chaurjahari, Nepal or may visit PPMO e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.

If hard-copy is allowed then a complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased from the office Newtown Project Office, Chaurjahari, (western Part),, Chaurjahari, Rukum, Karnali Province, Chaurjahari, Nepal by eligible Bidders on the submission of a written application, along with the copy of company/firm registration certificate, and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 5000.0 NRs. till 20-09-2025 17:00 during office hours.

Bidder who chooses to submit their bid electronically may purchase the hard copy of the bidding documents as mentioned above or may download the bidding documents for e-submission from PPMO's e-GP system www. bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Bidders, submitting their bid electronically, should deposit the cost of bidding document in the Project's Rajaswa (revenue) account as specified below
