Eligibility Criteria:

Applicant should be a registered entity under applicable act.

Applicant should have experience in the related field with at least one BFI.

Applicant should have annual turnover of at least NPR 5 Million in FY 2080/81.

Applicant should have authorization for distributorship/dealership of the proposed product in Nepal.

Document Requirement:

Company/Firm Registration Certificate - Duly Notarized.

Valid copy of PAN/VAT certificate - Duly Notarized.

Valid copies of Tax clearance of FY 2080/81 - Duly Notarized.

MOA and AOA - Duly Notarized.

Latest Share Register (Share Lagat) - Duly Notarized.

Latest Director Register (Sanchalak Lagat) - Duly Notarized.

Appreciation letter/ Reference letter issued by BFIs/ corporate houses to back the claim of experience.

Authorization certificate for distributorship/dealership of the proposed product.

Other required documents as mentioned in RFP Document.

RFP document must be addressed to General Administration & Projects Management Department and submitted in person within the close of business hours on 9th July 2025 in the prescribed format. RFP documents received after the deadline will not be accepted. If the last date of purchasing and/or submission falls on a public holiday, next working day shall be considered as the last date. Financial proposal opening date shall be notified to participating bidders through email.

NIC ASIA Bank reserves the right to accept the offer wholly or partially, annul or modify the RFP process and reject all proposals without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
