7-day public notice regarding sale of non-banking assets through sealed bid

Published Date: 2082/03/18 (Published by Nepal Samacharpatra Rastriya Dainik) The non-banking property mentioned in the details registered in the name of NIC Asia Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited will be sold in the same condition as it is through secret sealed bid. Interested parties are hereby invited to contact the central office and branch offices of this organization within 7 (seven) days from the date of publication of this notice and submit a duly completed secret sealed bid application to the central office and branch offices of this organization, clearly stating the price they wish to purchase the property mentioned in the details.

Details of non-banking assets to be sold:

1. Kailali District, Sandhepani Village Council Ward No. 03, Plot No. 1293, area 0-0-10-0 Bigha (169.32 square meters), including the existing and future leasehold rights attached to that land.

2. Plot No. 1352, Ward No. 04, Masuria Village Council, Kailali District, with an area of ​​183.87 square meters, including all the adjoining lands that are currently and will be occupied in the future.

3. Kailali District, Ramshikharjhala Village Council Ward No. 01, Plot No. 342, area 0-5-0-0 Bigha (1693.20 square meters), including all the adjoining lands that are and will be occupied by that land in the future.

4. Plot No. 536, Laxmipur Village, Ward No. 02, Kanchanpur District, with an area of ​​1354.52 square meters, including all the land that is currently under cultivation and will be under cultivation in the future.

Terms and conditions regarding sealing:

1. A non-refundable bid form with terms and conditions related to the bid can be obtained from the Collection and Monitoring Department of this microfinance institution, Banepa or branch offices for a fee of Rs. 1,000.00 (one thousand in words only).

2. The confidential sealed bidder shall deposit a check/cash in the name of this organization as a security deposit of 10 (ten) percent of the total amount bid and shall enclose the voucher along with the bid.

3. This organization reserves the right to award or not award the immovable property to the person/organization that bids the highest amount among those who submit the confidential seals received. Even if only one bid is received during the formal invitation to bid, the bid may be accepted as per the decision of the Board of Directors.

4. If the person/organization that has secured non-banking assets through secret sealing does not pay the remaining amount to this organization when the organization demands payment, the 10 percent amount remaining as security deposit will automatically be forfeited.

5. Immovable property in the form of non-banking assets should be recognized in its current condition.

6. If the day designated for opening the confidential seal falls on a holiday, the confidential seal will be opened on the next office opening day.

7. The bidder/buyer/institution will have to pay the Government of Nepal fees, other taxes and fees, property tax, etc. incurred while registering the said non-banking assets.

8. Interested parties who wish to view documents related to the non-banking assets being sold, inspect the assets, or obtain other additional information may contact the Corporate Office (Recovery and Monitoring Department) of this organization during office hours.
