INVITATION FOR SEALED TENDER BIDS

NMB Bank Limited, Kathmandu, invites sealed tender bids from interested and eligible bidders for the Implementation of Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) and Managed Security Operation Centre (SOC) Solution.

Interested bidders may obtain the bid document upon payment of a non-refundable fee of NPR 2,000.00 (Nepalese Rupees Two Thousand Only), deposited in the account (Account Name: Bid Document Purchase Parking Account and Account Number: 00901371300114). Τo collect the bid document, bidders must submit a written application along with a copy of the deposit receipt to the Projects and Strategic Sourcing Department of the bank.

The tender must be submitted in a sealed envelope as specified in the Bid Documents/RFP Document, following the schedule outlined therein.

Duly completed BID/RFP documents must be submitted to the address below on or before 5:00 PM, 24th August 2025 (21 st day from the date of publication of this notice). In case of a public holiday, submission will be accepted on the next working day.

1. The Bidder should be a Company / firm registered under their respective legislatures with 5 years of relevant respective experience as per Scope of Works.

2. The Bidder should be registered in the TAX authority such as PAN or VAT of their respective country. In case of bid submitted by the local Bidder, on behalf of SIEM Provider, local Bidder must submit authorization letter from the service provider and copy of agreement paper between both the parties.

3. The Bidder should be a company or firm registered in Nepal for SOC Service.

4. The Bidder should be in profit for last 3 consecutive years.

5. The Bidder should have not been blacklisted or barred by any Regulator / Bank / Government Entity.

6. The Bidder must not be involved in any corrupt practice or penalized by any authority against violation of money laundering law/policy in any jurisdiction.

7. The Bidder should propose on-perm SIEM Solution and solution installed within an organization.

8. The Bidder must comply with all the documents outlined in the RFP Document. Non compliance with any required document shall result in disqualification of the bid.

9. The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications without assigning any reason whatsoever.
