INVITATION FOR SEALED TENDER BIDS

Description of works: NMB Bank Ltd. invites sealed tender bids from interested and eligible service providers/suppliers for the supply, delivery, and installation of ATM Terminals at various branch locations under a buy-back model.

The Request for Proposal (RFP)/Bid Document can be obtained upon submission of a written application along with a copy of the company's registration certificate, and payment of a non-refundable fee of NPR 2,000.00 (Nepalese Rupees Two Thousand Only) to the following account: Account Name: Bid Document Purchase Parking Account & Account Number: 00901371300114.

The tender shall consist of sealed proposals as specified in the RFP/Bid Documents, and must be submitted in accordance with the schedule and instructions provided therein.

The duly completed RFP/Bid documents must be submitted to the address mentioned below, with Technical and Financial proposals sealed separately and properly stamped, no later than 5:00 PM on the 15th day from the date of publication of this notice (i.e., 15th September 2025). In case the deadline falls on a public holiday, submissions will be accepted on the next working day.

1. Interested Bidder should submit all the documents outlined in the tender document and failing to do so shall result in the rejection of the bid.

2. The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications without assigning any reason whatsoever.
