Invitation for Sealed Bids

Non-Resident Nepali Association (NRNA) Secretariat invites interested eligible vendors to submit sealed bids

for effective event management of the 12th NRN Global Conference and International General Assembly (IGA) 2025

 to be held on 11th to 14th October 2025. The necessary requirements and details for vendors are mentioned below:

1. Five-Star Hotel

Meeting and Event Facilities Required:

Conference Hall Capacity: Able to accommodate 800 attendees including guests for Inauguration and presentations. Rede Closing Ceremony and 500 participants during sessions and

High-Speed Internet System: Seamless internet access with technical support throughout the events.

Catering Services:

Buffet and Dining Arrangements: Tea, Coffee, Lunch, and dinner provisions for all participants during the event days.

Accommodation Requirements:

Guest Rooms: At least 100 rooms to accommodate participants (Guests will pay for their rooms).

Other Amenities:

Security and Safety Measures: Ensuring the safety and security of all attendees.

Flexibility: The specific requirements may vary based on NRNA's preferences and budget.

2.Event Management Company

Meeting and Event Facilities Required:

Event Management: Able to manage all necessities including decoration, branding, registration, audio-visual system, etc. of 800 attendees including guests for inauguration, closing and conducting different sessions of AGM and conference of around 500 participants during sessions and presentations. lo

Completed Tender Documents along with all supporting legal (Registration, VAT Registration and Tax Clearance) and technical documents (Company Profile and Experiences) must be submitted to the NRNA Secretariat at the address below, no later than 5:00 PM, 7th August 2025.
