2. Eligible bidders may obtain further information regarding this tender from the Office of the Auditor General, Anamnagar or from the e-GP system website of the Public Procurement Monitoring Office at www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.

3. The fee for the bidding documents can be obtained by scanning the voucher submitted in the bank details mentioned below (pdf format) and uploading it to the e-GP portal. The bidding documents can be downloaded from the e-GP portal of the Public Procurement Monitoring Office https://www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.

4. Bidders must submit their bids electronically through the Public Procurement Monitoring Office's e-GP portal https://www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp by 12:00 PM on Bhadra 23, 2082. Documents received after the mentioned date and time will not be accepted.

5. Electronic bids received by the last date for submission of bids will be opened on the same day at 2:00 PM at this office, Anamnagar, in the presence of bidders or their representatives who wish to attend.

6. The bid must be accompanied by an original bank voucher or an unconditional bid bond issued in the name of this office, valid for 90 days from the last date of bid submission, showing the amount deposited in the deposit account No. 1201200001002524 of Nepal Rastra Bank, Thapathali, in the name of the Payment Center of the Office of the Controller of Treasury and Accounts, Babarmahal.

7. If the day of submission and opening of bids falls on a public holiday, the work will be done on the next day.

8. All rights regarding acceptance or rejection of bids shall be reserved by this office.

9. Matters not clarified in this notice and bidding documents shall be governed by the prevailing laws and the Public Procurement Act, 2063 BS and Regulations, 2064 BS.
