As per the approved program of this office for the year 2082/83, since medicines have to be purchased for this hospital through bidding, the interested licensed sellers, firms or organizations may submit a non-refundable deposit of Rs. 1000/00 (Rupees One Thousand Only) by 2082/06/29 to the account number of this office at Nepal Bank Limited, Thaha Municipality. 02500100443088000001, along with the original voucher, along with the company or firm registration certificate renewed by the bidder for the year 2082/83, a certified copy of the license to trade medicines from the Department of Drug Management, certified copies of Permanent Account Number (PAN) and U.S. Tax Registration Certificate, and a certified copy of the tax payment certificate for the year 2080/81, by 12:00 PM on 2082/06/30 only through e-submission.
