As per the rates specified in Chapter 3, Section 11, Sub-section 2 (d) of the Local Government Operation Act, 2074, Section 62A. and the Finance Bill of Panauti Municipality, 2081, the following internal revenue contracts have to be arranged by this municipality for the financial year 2082/83, therefore, this notice has been published to invite firms or companies interested in obtaining the contract for the sale/collection of resource use tax on gravel, stone, gravel, chip base and soil excavated/produced from mining industries in operation after obtaining permission/approval, to purchase sealed bids within the following subject areas and submit bids through E-Bidding within 7 days, not less than the specified minimum number. No action will be taken on sealed bids received after the due date or after the deadline.
