3. Pre-Bid Meeting Must be held at Pancahdewal Campus at 13:00 Pm of 2082/05/12 (28 Aug, 2025)

4. Sealed or electronic bids must be submitted to the Panchadewal Campus, Panchadewal Binayak Municipality-03, Achham office by hand/courier or through PPMO website www.bolpatra.gov.np/egpon or before 12:00 hours of 2082/05/22 (07 Sep, 2025). Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.

5. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 14:00 Hours of 2082/05/22 (07 Sep, 2025) at the office of Panchadewal Campus. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days after bid. opening.
