Since the following items under the annual tender of the hospital for the year 2082/083 have to be purchased through online bidding, the companies/firms/suppliers interested in doing the work should attach the certified copy of the company or firm registration certificate, renewal, tax payment certificate and, in the case of companies, the authorization decision of the board of directors and the voucher for the form purchase fee, and pay the amount of the bid fee (form fee) mentioned in the details (non-refundable) to Nepal Investment Mega Bank Ltd. Pulchowk, Lalitpur Account Name Paropakar Prasuti Tatha Strirog Aspatal Account No. 00405010039375 by 12:00 PM on the 31st day from the date of first publication of this notice. Scan the voucher and download/upload the bid form from http://www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. The downloaded bid form should be filled, signed and uploaded through the same website. The amount for the security deposit should be deposited in Nepal Investment Mega Bank Ltd. Pulchowk, Lalitpur, Account No. Ch. Hi. No. 00401010006145, or a bank guarantee with a validity period of 120 days from an approved commercial bank should be kept. The bids received within the prescribed time limit will be opened in the presence of the bidder or his representative. Even if they are absent, there will be no hindrance in opening the bids.
