As per Section 62 "A" of the Local Government Operation Act 2074 and Section 18 (1) and (2) of the Parsagardhi Municipality Finance Act 2082, the contract for the excavation, collection and transportation of riverine materials from the approved ghat of the Singyahi River as per the prescribed criteria must be awarded through open e-bidding. Therefore, this notice has been published to invite interested Nepali firms or companies to participate in the bidding process by attaching the renewed certificate of the firm, Value Added Tax Registration Certificate and Tax Payment Certificate for the fiscal year 2081/82.
