Invitation for Online Bids

1. Peoples' Embankment Program, Field office, Jhapa, invites electronic bids from Nepalese eligible bidders for the works as mentioned below in clause no. 10 under OCB National Advertising (OCB) procedures.

2. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information at the office of Peoples' Embankment Program, Field office, Jhapa, Email: pep1dwidp@gmail.com, or may visit PPMO website www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.

3. Bidders may download the bidding documents for e-submission from PPMO's web site www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Bidders, submitting their bid electronically, should deposit the cost of bidding document NRs. 10,000.00 in the Project's Rajaswa (revenue) account as specified below and the scanned copy (.pdf format) of the Bank deposit voucher shall be uploaded by the bidder at the time of electronic submission of the bids.

4. Pre-bid meeting shall take place.

Date: 2082/04/08 B.S. (24 July, 2025 AD)

Time: 12:00 hours Nepal Standard Time

Place: Peoples' Embankment Program, Field Office, Jhapa, Nepal.

5. Bidders have to submit their bids electronically through PPMO website www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp on or before 12.00 Hrs. on 2082/04/23 B.S. (08 August, 2025 AD).

6. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 12.30 Hrs. on 2082/04/23 (AD 08 August 2025) at the Peoples' Embankment Program, Jhapa,

Bids must be valid for a period of 120 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security amounting to a minimum amount NPR 3.87 million which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid. The bidders should submit the scanned copy of Bid Security in .pdf format.

If the bidder wishes to submit the Bid Security in the form of cash, the cash should be deposited in account of District Treasury Comptroller's Office (Ko. Le. Ni. Ka), Jhapa (Dharauti Account no.: 2210100102030000, office code: 308031201) at Rastriya Banijya Bank, Bhadrapur, Jhapa and submit the scanned copy of bank receipt in .pdf format.

8. If the last date of submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission security shall
