Notice of invitation to sealed bids

The land registration certificate of the former Sitapaila 5 (c) currently in the name of the People's Rescue Service Committee, including the land of 149, 36, 11 of Nagarjuna Bada No. 5, has been issued. The house built on 149 (former 48) and the land of about three ropanis occupied by the house, the other three houses built on the east side of the house and the remaining land have been decided by the Board of Directors to lease the house and land at a minimum monthly rent (rental) of Rs. 150,000/- (one hundred and fifty thousand) excluding rental tax. Interested individuals/firms/companies who have obtained approval and license from the concerned body of the Government of Nepal to operate their business in that place may register their bids within 15 days during office hours, including the rental amount, work plan and objectives, along with the renewed proof documents. The Board of Directors will not be obliged to accept bids that do not include the rental amount, work plan and objectives and that do not include the necessary supporting documents. The validity period will be fixed by mutual agreement. Bids received within the time will be opened on the 16th day at 2:00 PM at the organization's office, K.M.P. Ward No. 12, Pachali Teku. If that day falls on a holiday, it will be opened the next day at the same time and place. This notice has been published for all concerned.
