1. Bids can be submitted through E-Bidding (Electronic Bidding) www.bolpatra.gov.np within 12 noon on the 30th day from the date of first publication of this notice. The amount for the bid fee should be deposited in the Internal Revenue Account G 1.1 23201017500039 at Nabil Bank Fedap Branch, Poklawang, along with the voucher deposited on 2082-10-08.

2. Along with the electronic bid, a copy of the contractor's license, permanent account number, VAT registration certificate, tax payment certificate for the fiscal year 2081-082, self-declaration letter, etc. must be attached. Also, in the case of the amount for deposit, the original voucher deposited in the deposit account number C 3 Deposit account number 23201017500025 at Nabil Bank Fedap branch located in the name of this office or a bid bond (bid bond) issued by a "A" category commercial bank recognized by Nepal Rastra Bank must be submitted.

3. The electrical bid must be submitted by 12:00 PM on 2082-10-08. The bid will be opened at 1:00 PM on 2082-10-08 as per the rules.

4. If the last day for purchasing the electronic bidding form or the last day for registration falls on a public holiday, the said works will be carried out at the specified time on the next day when the office is open.

5. No action will be taken against bids received after the deadline or without proper formalities.

6. The rate or amount of the contract must be clearly stated in figures and words. It must be clearly stated. In case of any discrepancy between figures and words, the amount written in words shall prevail.

7. All rights to accept or reject the bid shall be vested in the Office of the FEDAP Village Executive, Poklawang, Tehrathum. how y

8. Notwithstanding anything written in the contract details above, work must be done under the direct direction of the technician as per the details mentioned in the estimate and BOQ.
