1. Office of Rural Municipal Executive, Phedikhola Rural Municipality, Phedikhola, Syangja invites electronic bids from Nepalese eligible bidders for the Construction of RCC Frame Structured School Building (First floor) of Maidan Secondary School at Phedikhola-05, Bange, Syangja under contract ID: 28-PRM-W-NCB-082-83. The Estimated Cost of the works is NPR 4,328,729.81 (Exclusive of PS, VAT and Contingencies). Biding is open to all Nepalese bidders under National Competitive Bidding Procedures.

3. Bidders, submitting their bid electronically, should deposit the cost of bidding document of NPR 3000.00 in the office's Rajaswa (revenue) account as specified below and the scanned copy (pdf format) of the Bank deposit voucher shall be uploaded by the bidder at the time of electronic submission of the bids.

4. Pre-bid meeting shall not be held.

5. Only electronic bids must be submitted to the Office of Rural Municipal Executive, Phedikhola Rural Municipality, Phedikhola, Syangja, Gandaki Province, Nepal through PPMO website www.bolpatra.gov. np/egp on or before September 11, 2025 within 12:00 hours. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.

6. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at September 11, 2025 12:00 hrs at the Office of Rural Municipal Executive, Phedikhola Rural Municipality, Phedikhola, Syangja, Gandaki Province Nepal. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security amounting to a minimum of NPR 124,000.00 which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid.. 7. If the last date of purchasing and/or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.
