1. The Pokhara Academy of Health Science invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the Procurement of HDU/CCU Renovation Works under National competitive bidding Single Stage Single Envelope procedures as per public procurement act and regulations

2. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the office of the Pokhara Academy of Health Sciences, Western Regional Hospital, Pokhara, Tel- 061-570547 or may visit PPMO egp system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.

3. Bidder should submit their bids electronically and may download the bidding documents for e-submission from PPMO's e-GP II system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Bidders, submitting their bid electronically, should deposit the cost of bidding document in the following Rajaswa (revenue) account as specified below.

4. Bids should be submitted to the Pokhara Academy of Health Sciences, Pokhara through PPMO's e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp on or before 12:00 hr (Local Time) on October 8, 2025 (22 Asoj, 2082) Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.,

5. The bids will be opened in the presesnce of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 14:00 hr (Local Time), on October 8, 2025 (22 Asoj, 2082) at the office of Pokhara Academy of Health Sciences, Western Regional Hospital, Pokhara. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days from the date of bid opening and must be accompanied by the bid security not less than above mentioned amount which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid.
