Bidding Conditions:

1) Bid forms can be obtained from the central office and branch offices of this financial institution located at New Road, Pokhara on payment of Rs. 3,000/- (three thousand in characters only) (non-refundable).

2) Sealed bids must be submitted to the financial institution's central office, New Road, Pokhara or Bhairahawa Branch Office, Rupandehi by 4:00 PM on Monday, 2082/03/23.

3) The details of the property you wish to sell and the amount you have bid for, in figures and words, must be clearly stated on the bid form and submitted to the organization.

4) The original voucher or a certified copy of the voucher deposited with a financial institution as a security deposit of at least 10 percent of the amount pledged must be submitted with the application.

5) The bidder shall accept the movable and immovable assets (non-banking assets) to be auctioned by the organization in the same condition and quantity as found.

6) Even if the bidder or his authorized representative is not present on the day of bid opening, there will be no impediment to the opening of bids.

7) The bidder shall have to pay the entire amount pledged by him within 7 (seven) days from the date of receipt of the notice of acceptance of the bid and get the immovable property under security approved by the financial institution. In case the bidder is unable to deposit the entire amount pledged and take possession of the said immovable property within the said 7 (seven) days, the amount deposited as security will not be refunded, and the financial institution may issue another notice for the auction of non-banking property. Detailed information including other terms and conditions related to this is mentioned in the bid form.

8) This bid will be opened on Wednesday, 25/03/2082 at 4:00 PM at the central office of this organization, New Road, Pokhara, in the presence of government representatives. In case the said date falls on a public holiday, the sealed bid will be opened on the next day at the same time.

9) The property will be sold to the person/organization that submits the bid with the highest amount, but this financial institution will retain all rights to accept or reject the bid for that amount.

10) The purchaser applicant himself will have to bear the land tax/revenue and other expenses and charges incurred while transferring the non-banking property.

11) Other necessary matters will be as per prevailing law.

12) If any other detailed information regarding the bid is required, it can be obtained from the central office of this financial institution located at New Road, Pokhara.
