Bidding Conditions:

1) Bid form can be obtained from the central office and branch offices of this financial institution located at New Road, Pokhara for Rs. 3,000/

(Three thousand in characters only) (non-refundable) can be received. 2) Sealed bids can be received at the central office of the financial institution by 4:00 PM on Sunday, 2082/05/15.

It should be submitted at New Road, Pokhara or at the concerned branch office.

3) Details of the property you wish to sell and the amount you have bid for, in figures and words, on the bid form.

It must be clearly mentioned and submitted to the institution.

4) Original voucher showing deposit of a minimum of 10 percent of the amount borrowed by the borrower in a financial institution

Or a certified copy of the voucher must be submitted with the application.

5) The bidder shall be responsible for the condition and condition of the movable and immovable assets (non-banking assets) to be auctioned by the organization.

It must be accepted in the same condition and quantity.

6) Even if the bidder or his authorized representative is not present on the day of bid opening, there will be no impediment to the opening of bids.

7) The bidder shall have to get the entire amount pledged and the immovable property secured by the lessor approved by the financial institution within 7 (seven) days from the date of receipt of the notice of acceptance of the bid. In case the said 7 (seven) days

If the borrower is unable to deposit the entire amount agreed upon within 24 hours and take possession of the said immovable property, the amount deposited as security will not be refunded, and the financial institution may issue another notice for the auction of the non-banking property.

10) The property will be sold to the person/organization that submits the bid with the highest bid amount, but this financial institution will retain all rights to accept or reject the bid for that amount.

11) Land revenue/revenue and other expenses and charges incurred while transferring non-banking assets

The buyer applicant will have to bear the cost himself.
