This notice has been published for the information of all those individuals, firms, businessmen or organizations interested in renting the shutters constructed for commercial purposes at 30 Hospital Chowk, which is a certificate in the name of Pokhara Nursing Campus. This notice has been published for the information of all those concerned who are required to purchase the bids by the 21st day from the date of publication of the notice and submit the sealed bids in accordance with the conditions mentioned in the details by 12:00 PM on the 22nd day.

Conditions to be followed while submitting bids:

1. Bid form for shutter operation Rs. 1,000.- (Non-refundable) can be purchased from the campus office, Pokhara-12, Ramghat, after presenting the bank voucher deposited in Pokhara Nursing Campus account no. 00900100563194000005 and cutting the receipt.

2. While submitting the bid form, the bidder must submit an original bank voucher depositing an amount equal to 2.5% of the annual amount pledged as security in Nepal Bank Limited, Tersapatti, Current Account No. 00900100563194000003.

3. The rate mentioned in the bid must be written clearly in figures and words. In case of any discrepancy between figures and words, the amount written in words will be accepted.

4. If the last day of the bid submission period falls on a public holiday, bids can be submitted the next day as well.

Bid form: Purchase the bid form from the campus office along with a copy of Nepali citizenship certificate, renewed business registration certificate, income tax registration certificate and C.A. Tax and submit it to the Principal, Pokhara Nursing Campus, Pokhara - 12, Ramghat, along with the required documents, by 12:00 PM on the last day of bid submission. The outer sealed envelope of the bid should clearly indicate the number of the bid for which the bid is being submitted.

6. No action will be taken on bids that are received after the deadline, with conditions, or that do not meet the requirements.

7. The campus administration reserves the right to accept or reject the bid.

8. The bids will be opened at the office at 3:00 PM on the last day for submission of bids in the presence of the bidder or his representative. The bids will also be opened even if the bidder or his representative is absent.

9. Information about the intention to accept the bid will be posted on the campus notice board and the campus website, and after the bid is accepted, the bidder will have to deposit a deposit amount equal to 6 months of the amount agreed upon for the shutter operation work and a security amount equal to 5% of the annual agreed amount in cash in the account no. 00900100563194000003 of the N.V. Ltd. of this campus. Bank voucher deposited in the account no. 00900100563194000003 will have to be submitted.

10. Matters not mentioned in this notice will be as per the Bid Form and the Regulations on Lease or Acquisition of Real Estate of Tribhuvan University, 2080.

11. The bidder must comply with all the conditions mentioned in the bid form.

12. The contract period for shutter operation will be up to 5 years.
