Notice inviting bids for the

rental of a shutter located at the Hospital Chowk of Pokhara Nursing Campus

This notice is published to the individuals, firms, businessmen or organizations interested in renting shutters constructed for commercial purposes at Hospital Chowk, K.No. 30, Pokhara Nursing Campus, with a certificate in their name. The bids should be purchased by the 21st day from the date of publication of the notice and duly sealed bids should be submitted within 12:00 PM on the 22nd day, subject to the conditions mentioned in the details.

This notice has been published for the information of all concerned.

Conditions to be followed while submitting the bid:

1. Bid form for shutter operation Rs. 1,000.- (Non-refundable) can be purchased from the campus office, Pokhara-12, Ramghat, after presenting the bank voucher deposited in Pokhara Nursing Campus account no. 00900100563194000005 and cutting the receipt.

2. While submitting the bid form, the bidder must submit an original bank voucher depositing an amount equal to 2.5% of the annual amount bid as a security deposit in Nepal Bank Limited, Current Account No. 00900100563194000003, Tersapatti.

3. The rate mentioned in the bid should be written clearly in figures and words. In case of any discrepancy between figures and words, the amount written in words will be accepted.

4. If the last day of the bid submission period falls on a public holiday, bids can be submitted the next day as well.

5. Bid form: Purchased from the campus office along with a copy of the Nepali citizenship certificate, renewed business registration certificate, income tax registration certificate and VAT. The bid, accompanied by the certified necessary documents, should be submitted to the Principal, Pokhara Nursing Campus, Pokhara 12, Ramghat, by 12:00 PM on the last day of bid submission. The outer sealed envelope of the bid should clearly indicate the number of the shutter for which the bid is being submitted.

6. No action will be taken on bids received after the deadline, with conditions, or without the required formalities.

7. The campus administration reserves the right to accept or reject the bid.

8. The bids will be opened at the office at 1:00 PM on the last day for submission of bids in the presence of the bidder or his representative. The bids will also be opened in the absence of the bidder or his representative.

9. Information about the intention to accept the bid will be posted on the campus notice board and the campus website, and after the bid is accepted, the bidder will have to submit a bank voucher depositing a deposit amount equal to 6 months of the bid amount and a security deposit equal to 5% of the annual bid amount in cash to the account number 00900100563194000003 of the N.V.L. of this campus for the shutter operation work.

10. Matters not mentioned in this notice shall be subject to the bidding form and the purchase or sale of Tribhuvan University real estate.

It will be as per the Regulations, 2080.

11. The bidder must comply with all the conditions mentioned in the bid form.

12. The contract period for shutter operation will be up to 5 years.

14. No agreement will be made to operate businesses that cause environmental and noise pollution, affect other people, or have a negative impact on educational institutions.
