PB1 The properties (houses/lands) owned by this bank as per the details are to be sold through a secret sealed bid in the same condition and quantity as they are, and the persons and organizations interested in purchasing them are hereby invited to submit a duly filled secret sealed bid form to the Head Office of this bank, Babarmahal, Kathmandu, within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of publication of this notice, attaching a bank voucher depositing 10 (ten) percent of the amount agreed upon, subject to the conditions mentioned in the bid form provided by this bank, during office hours. The bids received by this bank will be opened on the 16th day, i.e. on the date, time and place mentioned in the details, and the purchaser/bidder or his/her authorized representative who is willing to be present at the same place is hereby informed. Even if they are absent on that day, there will be no obstacle to opening the bids. If the specified day falls on a holiday, the bids will be opened at the same place and time on the next bank opening day after the transaction is completed by 12:00 PM. The bank reserves the right to accept/reject or cancel or negotiate the bids received without giving any reason. The bid form can be purchased from this bank for Rs. 1000/- per copy (non-refundable).
