Public Notice regarding the invitation of confidential sealed bids

for the sale of non-banking assets of Prabhu Bank Limited for 7 (seven) days

The properties (houses/lands) owned by this bank as per the details are to be sold through a secret sealed bid in the same condition and quantity, and therefore, the individuals and organizations interested in purchasing are hereby invited to submit a duly filled secret sealed bid form to the Head of this bank, Office Babarmahal, Kathmandu, within 7 (seven) days from the date of publication of this notice, attaching a bank voucher depositing at least 10 (ten) percent of the amount agreed upon, subject to the conditions mentioned in the bid form provided by this bank, during office hours. The bids received by this bank will be opened on the 8th day, i.e. at the date, time and place mentioned in the details, and the buyers/bidders or their authorized representatives who are willing to be present at the same place are hereby informed. Even if they are absent on that day, there will be no obstacle to opening the bids. If the specified day falls on a holiday, the bids will be opened at the same place and time on the next bank opening day after the transaction is completed by 12:00 PM. The bank reserves the right to accept/reject or cancel or negotiate the bids received without giving any reason. The bid form can be purchased from this bank for Rs. 1000/- (non-refundable) per copy. Also, the terms and conditions of the bid will be as mentioned in the bid form. Those who wish to know more about the above subject should contact the Debt Recovery Department of the bank at its head office, Babarmahal, Kathmandu during office hours.

2. The house/land registered in the Land Revenue Office Rupandehi, Ward No. 7, Map Seat No. 7A, Khudavagar Village Council, Rupandehi District, Plot No. 147, Area 0-6-0-0 (2031.50 sq. m.) (Bigha), and the entire land adjoining that house/land, including the land. 1

3. The land and house of 0-3-7-0 (1134.25 sq. m.) and 0-2-15-0 (931.10 sq. m.) (bigha) located in Khudavagar VDC Ward No. 8, Map Seat No. 8A, Rupandehi District, registered in the Land Revenue Office Rupandehi and all the land and land related to the house/land...1
