7 (seven) days public notice regarding invitation of confidential sealed bids for sale of non-banking assets of Prabhu Bank Limited

The properties (houses/land) owned by this bank as per the details are to be sold through a confidential sealed bid in the same condition and quantity, and therefore, the individuals and organizations interested in purchasing are hereby invited to submit a duly filled confidential sealed bid form to the Head of this bank, Office Babarmahal, Kathmandu, within 7 (seven) days from the date of publication of this notice, during office hours, attaching a bank voucher depositing 10 (ten) percent of the amount agreed upon, subject to the conditions mentioned in the bid form provided by this bank. The bids received by this bank will be opened on the 8th day, i.e. at the date, time and place mentioned in the details, and the purchaser/bidder or his/her authorized representative who is willing to be present at the same place is hereby informed. Even if they are absent on that day, there will be no obstacle in opening the bids. If the specified day falls on a holiday, the bids will be opened at the same place and time on the next bank opening day after the transaction is completed by 12:00 PM. The bank reserves the right to accept, reject, cancel or negotiate the bids received without giving any reason. The bid form can be purchased from this bank for Rs. 1000/- per copy (non-refundable). Also, the terms and conditions of the bid will be as mentioned in the bid form. Those who wish to know more about the above subject should contact the Debt Recovery Department of the bank at its head office, Babarmahal, Kathmandu during office hours.

1. Land registered in Land Revenue Office Dolakha, Dolakha District, Makaibari Village Council Ward No. 4, Map Seat No. 4, K.No. 252 and 1005, area 1495 sq. m. and 975 sq. m., including all the adjoining lands covered by that land. ..1

2. The house and land of 258 km2, area 0-17-5-0 (bigha), located in Arnoli Village Council Ward No. 3, Map Seat No. 3C, Sarlahi District, registered in Land Revenue Office Hariwan, Sarlahi, and all the adjoining land and land covered by the house/land, including the land title deed.. ..1
