Designing, Scripting, Supply & Delivery of Blank VISA Dual Interface Contactless Cards

Prabhu Bank Limited seeks sealed BID from interested parties for Designing, Scripting, Supply & Delivery of VISA Dual Interface Contactless Cards as per below quantity.

Blank VISA Cards, 200,000 (Two Hundred Thousand) units

Interested registered and authorized suppliers, their authorized agents/partners, representative or authorized dealer can obtain the bid documents from the Bank's General Administration Department-Procurement (GAD-P) Head Office Babarmahal, Kathmandu during Banking hour upon payment of non-refundable amount of NPR. 5,000.00 (Rupees Five Thousand Only) which should be deposited into Account no. 999-01260010200 (Central Settlement AC) for BID document.

Sealed BID documents are to be submitted by 3:00 PM on 27" 27th August, 2025; at the Bank's GAD-P. BID documents submitted after the deadline will neither be accepted nor entertained. If holiday is declared by Government on last submission date & opening date, the next working day of the Bank shall be the date for BID submission/opening (as the case may be).

The Bank has reserved all rights to accept or reject any or all BID documents partially or fully without assigning any reason whatsoever. Other terms & conditions shall be as detailed in respective BID Documents (Request for Proposal).
