1. Last date for submission of bids: 20/05/2082 by 5.00 PM.

2. Bid opening date: 2082/05/22 at 3.00 PM.

3. The bid must be submitted along with a voucher showing the non-refundable deposit of Rs. 100/- (one hundred in characters only) in the Nabil Bank account number 1701017500059 of this company.

4. In the bid, the bidder should mention the serial number of the vehicle he/she wants to buy, state the price of the vehicle and motorcycle, enclose 10% (ten percent) of the said amount as a deposit, seal the envelope, clearly state the name, address, and phone number of the bidder on the outside of the envelope, and submit it to the company by registering and sealing it.

5. Any bid submitted with any condition will not be accepted. The bid must clearly state the numbers and letters in the bid. If any corrections or erasures are made, the bidder must sign the bid. If the numbers and letters are different, the bid will be rejected.

5. The registered bids will be opened on the 15th day at 3:00 PM at the company's central office in the presence of the bidder or his representative. There will be no impediment to opening the bids even if the bidder or his representative is not present. If the bid opening date falls on a public holiday, it will be opened the next day at the same time.

7. The right to accept or reject the bid shall remain reserved to this company.

8. Within 15 days of the acceptance of the bid, the bidder must pay the agreed price and the applicable VAT tax of 13% as per the prevailing rules and collect the vehicles. If the vehicles are not collected within the said 15 days, the deposit will be forfeited and the bid number of the second and third batch will be accepted, respectively.

9. The buyer will be responsible for the transfer fees, taxes and insurance costs incurred while transferring the vehicle for purchase as per the accepted bid and the amount pledged as per the acceptance letter should be deposited within 15 (fifteen) days and the vehicle should be transferred. In addition, the buyer will be responsible for purchasing and transferring the vehicle as per the provisions of the Vehicle and Transport Management Act, 2049 BS.

10. Interested persons can view the vehicle every Monday and Wednesday from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
